Shipping policy

Shipping in Canada

Nouwee ships orders to all Canadian Provinces and Territories via Canpar, Purolator and others third parties delivery service.
We do not ship to PO Box.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
Shipment confirmation email will be sent once the order is ready for pickup (might end up in spams).
Days indicated are business days, Mon–Fri only.
There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
The day your order ships & the day your order is received does not count as a time–in–transit day.

Refer to our Standard Shipping In–Transit Map below to see how long it will take to receive a package.
Deliveries are made within 3 to 10 business days.

 

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse to ship for free an order if the shipping fee is too high, even if it complies with our free shipping offer for order over 200$. In that case we will contact you to make you an offer for the extra charge. If not accepted, we will fully refund the order.
